Required Skills:

• Strong experience in foreclosure case management, including handling contested matters
• Ability to prepare, review, and approve legal pleadings and documentation
• Experience representing clients in hearings, mediations, and depositions (telephonic and in-person)
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently
• Strong understanding of chain of title review and legal accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with client-facing experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to make timely decisions and maintain attention to detail.

Preferred or Nice-to-have Skills:

• 0–3 years of experience in bankruptcy law
• Experience working in foreclosure legal environments
• Exposure to high-volume legal operations or servicing environments

Mandatory Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree
• Licensed and in good standing with Maryland and Virginia State Bars
• Residency in Baltimore, MD or Alexandria, VA
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
