Our client is a Plaintiff-side law firm in California that specializes in lemon law and other consumer protection actions. The candidate must be licensed and in good standing in California with an excellent academic background. The ideal candidate should have strong advocacy skills, exceptional research and writing abilities, and a demonstrated track record of success in lemon law litigation matters.

Representing clients in lemon law cases and other related consumer protection matters.

Conducting client consultations to evaluate cases and provide legal advice.

Drafting legal documents, such as demand letters, complaints, and settlement agreements.

Negotiating settlements with manufacturers, dealerships, and insurance companies.

Participating and representing clients in court proceedings, including hearings, mediations, and trials.

Working collaboratively with legal professionals to provide excellent legal services to clients.

Providing strategic legal advice and counsel to clients throughout the litigation process.

Handling court appearances and hearings when necessary.

Admitted to practice law in the state of California.
