Jake’s Heating, Air & Plumbing | Full-Time | Commission-Based

Jake’s Heating, Air & Plumbing is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, results-driven Comfort Consultant who knows how to build relationships, earn customers' trust, and close deals.

If you're confident in your sales abilities, motivated by earning potential, and ready to take control of your income, we want to talk to you!

We've been serving our community since 2006, and we believe in taking care of our customers, delivering quality solutions, and rewarding team members who consistently perform.

This isn't a position for someone who wants to sit back and wait for success. We're looking for someone who is hungry, competitive, self-motivated, and ready to make things happen.

• Drive Sales: Run scheduled, in-home HVAC sales appointments with qualified leads provided by the company.
• Build Relationships: Connect with homeowners, understand their comfort concerns, and establish trust through honest, professional communication.
• Recommend Solutions: Evaluate customer needs and present HVAC replacement systems, upgrades, and indoor air quality solutions.
• Close Deals: Confidently present options, overcome objections, and turn opportunities into sales.
• Create Estimates: Prepare accurate, professional proposals and clearly explain financing and available options.
• Follow Through: Maintain communication with customers throughout the sales process to ensure an exceptional experience.
• Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with HVAC service, installation, and dispatch teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to installation.
• Stay Organized: Maintain accurate customer information, sales activity, and follow-ups in our CRM.
• Own Your Results: Manage your pipeline, follow up on opportunities, and consistently work toward sales goals.

• Proven sales experience with a demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve goals.
• Previous HVAC sales or residential home service experience is strongly preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence in presenting pricing, handling objections, and asking for the sale.
• A competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to succeed.
• Ability to work independently, manage your schedule, and stay accountable for your performance.
• Strong organizational skills and comfort using CRM systems and technology.
• Willingness to work evenings or weekends when customer appointments require it.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who takes ownership of their results, thrives in a performance-driven environment, and knows how to turn opportunities into sales.

We believe top performers should have the opportunity to earn based on their results.

• Commission-only compensation structure with uncapped earning potential
• Company-provided qualified leads — spend more time selling and less time prospecting
• Health insurance
• Paid time off
• Opportunity for continued growth and advancement
• Support from an established HVAC service and installation team
• A growing company with opportunities to make a real impact

Since 2006, Jake’s Heating, Air & Plumbing has built a reputation for quality workmanship, dependable service, and putting customers first.

We're continuing to grow, and we're looking for sales professionals who want to grow with us.

At Jake's, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Represent an established, trusted residential HVAC company.
• Work with company-provided leads and homeowners actively exploring HVAC solutions.
• Take control of your earning potential through a performance-based compensation structure.
• Work alongside a supportive service, installation, and leadership team.
• Be part of a company that values hard work, accountability, and results.

If you're a confident closer who loves building relationships, thrives on hitting goals, and wants an opportunity where your earning potential is driven by your performance, we want to hear from you!
