The salary indicated represents a base pay rate. If the individual selected or the position is eligible for a pay differential (e.g., shift, security, or years of service), it will be added to the total compensation in your paycheck. A pay differential does not raise your base pay.

• Greet and engage with the public and OA employees daily, promoting a quality customer experience in-person, by phone, and through email.
• Interact with OA customers in a professional, helpful manner; determine need; furnish necessary information; and take and relay detailed messages.
• Draft and organize a variety of communication materials used to inform OA’s workforce of important HR information.
• Perform general, entry-level HR work by assisting the Talent Acquisition and Payroll teams.
• Assist in the maintenance of HR records.
• Other duties that may be assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Two (2) years of office support experience.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to maintain and demonstrate a professional, positive attitude.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Adobe products.
• Must work well both independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
• Time-management skills with the ability to prioritize assignments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Work experience in human resources environment.
