What You Will Do

Support client independence and quality of life.
Assist with ADLs (bathing, grooming, meal prep, light housekeeping, transportation) following the care plan.
Keep clients engaged and social.
Report any changes in condition to the office.

What We Are Looking For

HHA, PCA, CNA, LPN, RN,or GNA Certification preferred (but other experience may be considered also)
Available 20–25 hours per week
A valid driver's license and auto insurance is a must
Able to lift up to 25 lbs for mobility assistance
Reliable, compassionate, and professional
Proficiency on a smart phone
Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
Can pass level II criminal, drug and driving background check and provide references
