Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personalized assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support

- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans and regulatory standards

- Monitor residents’ health and well-being, reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate team members

- Foster a warm, respectful, and engaging environment for residents

- Document care activities accurately and maintain confidentiality

- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality resident care and safety

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in senior care, healthcare, or related field preferred

- Certification as a Med Tech or willingness to obtain certification

- Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents’ needs

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to work effectively during evening and overnight shifts

- Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude

- Ability to follow detailed care plans and adhere to safety protocols
