Build Relationships. Close Deals. Grow Your Career — No Cold Knocking Required.

Are you an experienced sales professional who loves helping homeowners while building relationships that last? Do you have experience selling roofing, siding, windows, doors, or other exterior home improvement products? If you're competitive, self-driven, and motivated by hitting real revenue targets, we want to talk to you.

We're not just a company — we're a family. The growth of our business, the success of our people, and the happiness of our clients drive everything we do. We lead with positive culture, empowerment, and continuous coaching, not micromanagement, because we believe people do their best work when they're trusted to do it.

As a Customer Experience Representative, you'll focus on re-engaging warm leads — including past clients who didn't move forward the first time — and turning them into satisfied, long-term customers. You'll build trust, educate homeowners, and close deals virtually in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

• Performance-driven income — your effort directly shapes your earnings
• Real career path — clear opportunities to advance, not a dead-end role

• Empowered, not micromanaged — you're trusted to do what you do best
