We are looking for an Electrical Apprentice who shares our commitment to customer satisfaction and is eager to learn and grow in the electrical trade. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals looking to build a long-term career. You will work alongside experienced electricians, gaining hands-on training in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and installing residential electrical systems.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist electricians with residential service calls and installation projects
- Learn to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair basic electrical issues
- Support installation of residential electrical systems, ensuring work meets code and company standards
- Assist with inspecting electrical components during and after installation
- Develop hands-on skills in conduit bending, wire pulling, and general electrical work
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment
- Follow all safety guidelines and report unsafe actions and conditions
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional attitude on job sites
- Contribute to a team-focused culture built on learning, quality work, and continuous improvement
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Other duties as assigned
Pay and Benefits
- Pay: $45,700 - $57,000/annually depending on experience (eligible for overtime over 40 hours/week)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00am – 4:30pm
- No on call

- No prior electrical experience required – willingness to learn and grow in the trade
- Basic understanding of hand and power tools is a plus
- Interest in residential electrical systems and desire to build a career in the field
- Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems, including 120/240V wiring
- Ability to read, interpret, and develop electrical schematics and diagrams
- Experience with or understanding of home generator systems is a plus
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Must be able to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds or more, on an occasional basis, in compliance with OSHA manual handling guidelines.
- Physically capable of standing, sitting, moving, squatting, and walking for the duration of shifts
