Magnolia Plumbing, Inc. is seeking motivated Residential Plumbing Service Apprentices to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to start a long-term career in the plumbing industry. Previous experience in plumbing, construction, HVAC, maintenance, or other hands-on work is a plus, but not required. We provide hands-on training for hardworking individuals who are eager to learn, mechanically inclined, and committed to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities- Assist technicians with diagnosing and repairing residential plumbing issues.
- Help service, maintain, and repair residential plumbing systems and fixtures.
- Troubleshoot plumbing malfunctions and service-related issues.
- Maintain accurate job notes, invoices, and daily documentation.
- Follow company safety standards and quality workmanship practices.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
- Ensure customer satisfaction from start to finish on every service call.
- Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn a skilled trade.
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to perform physical labor and work long hours when needed.
- Valid driver’s license required.
