Lake Work, Landscaping and Lawn Technician

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, repair, and maintain boat docks, lifts, and other lakefront structures

- Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting of boat lifts and dock systems

- Conduct lawn care, landscaping, and general outdoor maintenance

- Operate and maintain equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and power tools

- Ensure safety protocols are followed during all work activities

- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project status and needs

- Assist with seasonal preparations and clean-up tasks

Skills and Qualifications:

- Prior experience in outdoor maintenance, landscaping, or lake services preferred, but will train

- Ability to operate landscaping and maintenance equipment safely and efficiently

- Strong physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude

- Valid driver’s license and personal, reliable transportation
