Overview of the role:

As a Director of Central Operations, you will be highly organized and detail-oriented to support our company's operations. The Director of Central Operations will work closely with various departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and drive process improvements. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, exceptional time management skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Your Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all operational issues and inquiries.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely execution of projects and assignments.
• Develop and maintain operational policies and procedures.
• Assist with data analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Monitor operational metrics and provide reports to management as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and other initiatives to support the company's objectives.
• Provide training and support to team members on operational processes as needed.
• Create and maintain project reports, documentation, and other project-related material
• Develop project plans, timelines, and detailed plans to monitor and track the progress of the project
• Handle daily opening duties to ensure operations are ready for the day.
• Complete, perform, and oversee opening duties to ensure operational readiness.

Please note a minimum of 40 hours per week is required. Due to the 7-day nature of our operation, some weekend and evening work may be required as determined by your direct manager and business needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience.
• 2+ years of experience in operations or project coordination.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• This role requires travel
