NAI Hallmark is seeking a Director of Operations to help lead the internal infrastructure of our growing commercial real estate firm. This role works directly with company leadership and oversees the systems, people, and processes that support our brokerage teams. We are looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of operations, HR, technology, and executive support.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily business operations
• Manage recruiting, onboarding, and HR functions
• Support executive leadership and brokerage teams
• Manage internal technology systems and vendors
• Improve processes that help the company scale

Qualifications
• 5+ years experience in operations, office management, or HR
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable working with systems and technology

Compensation & Benefits
• $80,000 – $100,000 salary depending on experience
