The Ideal Candidate

You're the kind of General Manager who knows great restaurants are built through people. You can walk into a busy dining room and see everything at once - the guest who needs attention, the Manager who needs coaching, the host stand beginning to back up, and the operational detail that needs to be corrected before it becomes tomorrow's problem.

You understand the numbers, but never forget restaurants are ultimately a people business. You develop Managers instead of simply managing them, set high expectations, coach consistently, recognize great performance, and create accountability when standards aren't being met.

Most importantly, you're energized by opening restaurants - recruiting, training, rehearsals, systems, first guests, the first packed weekend, and the moment a collection of newly hired people becomes a team.

If you're an experienced, high-volume restaurant leader who believes exceptional hospitality, strong culture, disciplined operations, and outstanding financial performance can - and should - exist together, we'd love to meet you.
