General Manager

Colorado Springs, CO | Alloy Automotive

Job Type: Full-Time | Compensation: OTE $150,000+

Great operators aren’t born knowing how to run a shop.

They’re built in it. Figuring it out. Making mistakes. Getting better. When surrounded by people who expect more from them than they expect from themselves.

That same mindset is what built this company. And it’s exactly what this role requires.

This Isn’t Just Another Store.

This is a high-volume, high-performing location in the Denver metro area. It has a strong team that already knows what “great” looks like. It’s the kind of environment where we raise the bar, test ideas, and set the standard for everything else we do.

If you step into this role, you’re not just running a shop.

You’re helping define how all of Alloy operates.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will lead a top-performing location with a team that is already operating at a high level. Your job is to build on that.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading and developing a high-level team of advisors and technicians
• Owning the performance of a high-volume operation
• Creating a consistent, exceptional customer experience
• Driving accountability, culture, and execution at a high level
• Partnering directly with leadership to test and roll out new initiatives
• Helping shape the future of our Colorado market and beyond

This is not a maintenance role.

This is a leadership role.

This Role Is a Fit If You:

• Have successfully managed a high-volume, high-performing shop
• Know how to lead people, not just manage tasks
• Are comfortable holding a high standard and being held to one
• Communicate clearly and handle hard conversations well
• Take ownership without waiting for direction
• Want to be part of building something, not just running something

Why Alloy Automotive Partners

We’re building something that lasts, and it only works if the values are real.

We solve problems instead of talking around them. We take ownership of outcomes, not just responsibilities. We move with urgency and set the pace for the people around us. We stay curious and keep getting better. And when things get hard, we face it head on instead of backing off.

That’s what creates a team that performs at a high level and keeps raising the standard.

We also believe this should fit into your life. Many of us have families and responsibilities outside of work. This should add to your life, not take away from it.
