The CarShield Sportsplex is seeking quick and dependable Food Runners to connect the kitchen with guests at the Overtime Bar and Grill. Food Runners will deliver completed orders promptly, confirm accuracy and presentation, communicate with servers and kitchen staff, and help keep dining and service areas organized. This role is essential to maintaining fast, smooth service during games, leagues, tournaments, and special events.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Pick up completed orders from the kitchen and deliver them promptly to the correct guests or service areas.
• Verify each order for accuracy, completeness, proper temperature, and presentation before delivery.
• Communicate missing items, delays, special requests, and quality concerns to kitchen staff and servers.
• Follow allergy and dietary-request procedures and avoid making unverified claims about ingredients.
• Provide requested condiments, utensils, napkins, and other service items.
• Assist with clearing and resetting tables and maintaining clean, stocked service stations.
• Support servers, hosts, and kitchen employees during high-volume periods.
• Maintain clean and safe pathways between the kitchen, restaurant, bar, and concession areas.
• Follow food-safety, sanitation, and workplace-safety procedures.
• Complete side work and other duties as assigned.

• Previous restaurant, concessions, hospitality, or customer-service experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately while following verbal and written instructions.
• Clear communication and a cooperative, team-oriented approach.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and remain calm in a busy environment.
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods and lift or carry trays and items weighing up to 30 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, tournaments, holidays, and special events as scheduled.
