About Your Position:

As a Production Assistant, you’ll work directly under the Production Manager to complete site setup, support the beverage team in the beer garden during event hours, and assist with breakdown on Sunday. Tasks will be assigned throughout the day and are often physical and fast-paced.

Responsibilities include:

• Setting up tables, tents, chairs, signage, and barricades
• Hanging banners and directional signs
• Assisting the beverage team with operations
• Performing heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs)
• Onsite troubleshooting as directed
• Keeping the site clean and organized (trash, restocking, maintenance)
• Organizing supplies and equipment
• Directing questions to the appropriate staff leads
• Assisting with efficient load-out after the event
