Do you want to be part of something bigger than just a job — where you influence how people fuel their bodies, reach their goals, and show up as their best selves?

At Fitlife Foods, we don’t just sell meals. We partner with our customers on their wellness journey through chef-crafted nutrition, education, and meaningful human connection.

Fitlife Foods is the leading multi-channel prepared meals company in Florida and Georgia. Since 2011, we’ve grown to 12 retail locations alongside an eco-friendly concierge home delivery subscription service. We power people to be their best through chef-crafted meals and personalized wellness support.

Our core values — Winning, Ownership, Purpose, Gratitude, and Curiosity — drive everything we do and create a performance-driven culture focused on personal and professional growth.

Team Lead Mission

As a Team Lead, you serve as a culture carrier, performance driver, and wellness ambassador for your store. This is a leadership role designed for individuals who thrive in high-touch retail environments, enjoy coaching both customers and teammates, and are motivated by measurable results.

This role blends sales leadership, wellness coaching, and operational ownership to create a best-in-class customer experience. This is not a traditional food service role. Our Team Leads serve as wellness consultants, retail leaders, and community brand ambassadors.
