MAKER South Yarra is looking for an enthusiastic Supervisor to join our team on a casual basis. Located in the heart of South Yarra, VIC, we operate a coffee bar known for our outstanding specialty coffee, friendly atmosphere, considered food offering and genuine customer interactions.

As the Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our cafe. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, basic staff management (break timing), providing excellent customer service, and upholding our high standards. You will need to have leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering top-notch hospitality.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry. You should also have a good understanding of food safety regulations and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Most importantly, you should have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to provide an exceptional experience for our customers.
