This position reports to the VP, FP&A. The ideal candidate would be able to come into the

New Providence, NJ office 1 day a week. We are flexible for a fully remote candidate but

would prefer local.

What You’ll Do:

Financial Analysis & Business Partnership

• Provide financial analysis and decision support to Technical Operations (TechOps) Leadership.
• Collaborate with business leaders to develop and track key financial metrics, including risks and opportunities, to monitor performance and enhance forecasting accuracy.
• Partner on special projects and strategic initiatives, as needed.

Financial Planning & Process Leadership

• Establish and lead process around financial deliverables, reviews, and updates.
• Establish a monthly review process for project and PO status to ensure seamless integration into forecasting cycles.
• Collaborate with TechOps team to provide licensing partners quarterly cross-charges and semiannual cross charge forecasts
• Partner with Controller team to develop annual and long-range standard cost estimates.

Controls & Compliance

• Recommend, develop, and implement financial practices and policies to ensure compliance.
• Review TechOps accrual estimates, including calculations and documentation, to ensure accuracy.
• Partner with the Controller and external auditors to support financial reviews and audits.

Who You Are:

• BS/BA in Finance or Accounting; CPA or MBA strongly preferred
• 10+ years of FP&A business partnering experience with 5+ years in biopharmaceutical industry
• Strong experience with accrual accounting
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience developing standard cost (preferred)
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to build cross-functional relationships
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
