About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and dependable Industrial Sandblaster to join our team. This role is responsible for surface preparation and abrasive blasting of industrial equipment, trailers, and fabricated components prior to painting or coating.

- Salary Range: $25 – 35 per hour
- Full Time
- Shift: 4 x 10 Nights Monday - Thursday 4:30pm - 2:30am
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and dependable Industrial Sandblaster to join our team. This role is responsible for surface preparation and abrasive blasting of industrial equipment, trailers, and fabricated components prior to painting or coating.

- Perform abrasive blasting (sandblasting/grit blasting) on metal surfaces
- Sandblasting trailers & trailer components in preparation for paint
- Frequent use and operation of Forklift & Yard Truck
- Prepare surfaces for priming and painting
- Operate blasting equipment, compressors, and related tools
- Inspect finished surfaces to ensure proper cleaning and profile standards
- Maintain blasting media, hoses, nozzles, and safety gear
- Follow all safety and environmental procedures
- Assist with general shop duties as required
- 1- 5 years previous sand blasting experience
- 3 – 5 years in a Fabrication / Manufacturing industry
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Must be able to wear full PPE and respirator equipment
