ANPC is a global supplier of precision approach guidance and area surveillance solutions aimed at improving the safety and capacity of civil and military aviation for customers on all seven continents. Our transponder-based solutions are designed to serve airfields where others cannot. We are a team of extraordinary professionals working together to perform an important mission to uniquely serve airports with terrain, obstacles and other challenges that no other business can provide.

Are you ready to take full ownership of production systems that guide aircraft safely in some of the most challenging environments on Earth?

We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to bridge the gap between design engineering and shop-floor execution. In this role, you won't just keep the line running—you will own it. You’ll design custom tooling, optimize complex workflows, drive Design for Manufacturability (DFM) on new products, and solve tough technical challenges across mechanical, electrical, and RF systems.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your engineering decisions directly impact product quality, efficiency, and field success, this is your next move.

• Drive Lean methodologies to eliminate bottlenecks, balance assembly lines, and boost throughput.

• Spec, design, and qualify custom fixtures and equipment that make build processes faster, safer, and more scalable.

• Partner with R&D to bring new products into volume production seamlessly, ensuring designs are optimized for assembly.

• Go beyond quick fixes—troubleshoot complex mechanical, analog/digital, and RF failures to root out repeat issues permanently.

• Build and maintain rock-solid SOPs, manufacturing instructions, and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).

• Serve as the go-to technical authority for production technicians and field service teams working on our core TLS/TTLS systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or Engineering Technology).

• 3-5+ years in an electro-mechanical manufacturing environment.

• Hands-on experience troubleshooting analog/digital circuits down to the component level, reading complex schematics and working in CAD modeling software.

• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (Sage 100 a plus) and a strong grounding in lean principles and 5S.

• Circuit Analysis & Schematics: Demonstrated ability to read complex schematics, PCB layouts, and engineering drawings, with strong component-level troubleshooting skills for analog and digital circuitry.

• Systems & Tools: Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (Sage 100 preferred), CAD modeling software, and Microsoft Office (Excel).

• Manufacturing Methodologies: Practical experience applying Lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement techniques.

• Preferred Experience: Background in RF circuitry, high-frequency signal testing, fiber optics, or SMT/PCBA assembly processes.

• Build mission-critical technology deployed across all seven continents.

• Direct access to leadership with real ownership over production lines.

• Competitive salary, 401(k) match, 4 weeks paid vacation, 11 paid holidays (including a winter company shutdown), and comprehensive health benefits.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job in an office and manufacturing environment. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Essential functions may require maintaining the physical condition necessary for sitting, walking or standing for periods of time; operating a computer and keyboard; talk and hear at elevated room levels; using hands to finger, grasp, and feel; repetitive motion; close visual acuity to prepare and analyze data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; lift, push, carry, or pull up to 20 pounds. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the day. Visual acuity to read inventory labels, shipping documents, and computer screens. Ability to operate standard warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, carts) safely.

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job in an office and manufacturing environment. This position operates out of the Production area, production areas may experience moderate to high noise levels due to machinery, equipment, and packaging processes. Hearing protection may be required in designated areas. Temperature in the warehouse may vary with seasonal conditions and may not be climate-controlled. The employee may be exposed to moving mechanical parts, forklifts, carts, pallet jacks and other typical hazards of an industrial setting; appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided and must be worn as required.
