Role Summary
In this role you will provide strategic leadership and vision for student spiritual formation across the school community. You will design and align a cohesive PreK–12 approach, overseeing chapels, retreats, and discipleship systems to ensure they are biblically grounded, developmentally appropriate, and mission-aligned.
The ideal candidate is a visionary, systems-oriented leader who builds sustainable pathways for spiritual growth, develops student leaders, and aligns teams to move students from faith exposure to ownership and Christ-centered leadership.
In this role you will serve in the areas of:
Chapel, Retreats & Spiritual Experiences LeadershipProvide vision, oversight, and alignment for all student chapels and spiritual experiences (PreK–12).
- Ensure chapels and retreats are biblically grounded, developmentally appropriate, engaging, and increasingly student-led
- Align themes and experiences across grade levels within a cohesive spiritual formation progression
- Coach staff, students, and speakers to ensure excellence and theological clarity while remaining accessible to students
- Partner with campus leadership to reinforce school culture, mission, and virtues
- Build sustainable systems and tools that ensure sustainability and consistent, high-quality execution
Design and lead a comprehensive discipleship approach that moves students from faith exposure to ownership and leadership.
- Oversee and strengthen small groups, Bible studies, mentorship, and leadership pathways
- Develop a vertically aligned framework for faith understanding, spiritual practices, and relational accountability
- Identify, equip, and empower student leaders to lead, mentor peers, and publicly express their faith
- Recruit, train, and coach staff and volunteers to disciple students effectively
- Personally model and invest in student leadership development
Serve as a key faith leader, ensuring spiritual formation is integrated across the full student experience.
- Partner with school leadership, student support teams, and extracurricular staff to align efforts
- Ensure coherence across chapel, classroom, student life, and activities
- Contribute to school-wide strategy, building a unified and mission-aligned spiritual culture
Drive clarity and accountability for spiritual formation outcomes.
- Establish and track meaningful measures of engagement and growth across chapels, retreats, and discipleship
- Use data and qualitative insights to refine programming and identify opportunities
- Ensure spiritual formation efforts are intentional, outcomes-driven, and continuously improving
Approach the role with flexibility and ownership, recognizing that needs may evolve as systems are built. This leader will balance a willingness to step in and serve with the ability to think strategically about long-term growth and alignment. Model Christ-centered leadership with professionalism, integrity, and a high standard of service.

- HS Diploma, further education in faith formation or theology a plus.
- Active participation in a Christian church.
- A vibrant and growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

- Strong relational and interpersonal skills including collaborative and supportive leadership posture.
