Phil Walters Auto, a full-service auto-repair shop serving the local and surrounding Battle Creek communities, is looking for a solid Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer with a great attitude who takes pride in their work to deliver exceptional customer service to both our existing and our growing customers. In this role, you are expect to create a pleasant and memorable experience at every point of contact for the customer, while working with a great group of highly motivated and dedicated teammates.

EARN: $20 - $25.00 Hourly + overtime after 40 hours per week + SA Monthly Incentive Plan

HOURS OF OPERATION: M-F: 8:00AM-5:30PM EST

• High school diploma or GED is required
• Must possess a current valid driver's license and have a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
• Willing to commit to building the customer experience and a shop reputation for honesty, transparency, and outstanding work.
• MUST HAVE at least 1 or more years' Service Writer/Advisor experience or other experience that closely matches the Service Advisor responsibilities.
• Develops a great working relationship with the Technicians that is founded on respect.
• Strong customer service skills.
• MUST HAVE 1 or more years' experience in a sales role or demonstrates an ability to sell and lead.
