For more than six decades, we’ve worked alongside unions, associations, and member-based organizations throughout North America. The individuals we serve come from many different backgrounds, including healthcare, education, emergency services, skilled professions, and the veteran community.

As members experience changes in employment, retirement, or workplace coverage, our team helps them navigate the benefits and protection options that may continue to be available to them. Our goal is to make the process straightforward, provide clear information, and ensure families understand the programs designed to support them.

With our services now delivered virtually, we're continuing to expand our remote team and looking for motivated individuals who want to build meaningful careers while helping others.

We believe a strong career should provide opportunities to develop professionally, be recognized for performance, and create greater flexibility in your everyday life.

Team members can access:

• 100% Remote Work — connect with clients and your team virtually
• Flexible Scheduling — greater independence when organizing your workday
• Weekly Earning Opportunities — with additional performance-based bonuses and incentives
• Residual Income Potential — opportunities to earn qualifying ongoing income
• Paid Training — structured learning designed to prepare you for the position
• Individual Mentorship — continued coaching and guidance as you develop
• Health Benefit Options — access to qualifying health and coverage programs
• Career Advancement — performance-based opportunities to take on greater responsibilities
• Leadership Development — pathways for individuals interested in growing into management
• Recognition & Travel — qualifying top performers may earn company-sponsored trips, with past destinations including Cancun, the Bahamas, and Las Vegas
• Collaborative Culture — join a motivated virtual team that recognizes achievement and encourages continued growth

Our organization combines decades of experience with established financial strength and has received previous Forbes recognition for workplace satisfaction.

We're interested in individuals who are dependable, motivated, and comfortable communicating with people from different backgrounds.

Successful candidates typically demonstrate:

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Professionalism and a positive attitude
• Effective organization and time-management abilities
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
• Willingness to learn and respond to coaching
• Confidence working in a virtual environment
• A high school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or another client-facing environment can be beneficial, but it is not required. Post-secondary education is also considered an asset but is not necessary.

If you're looking for a remote opportunity that combines professional development, flexibility, performance-based growth, and the opportunity to work directly with families, we encourage you to apply and learn more.
