AB Spectrum isn’t just another ABA clinic, we're a Top Workplace recognized by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. We’ve earned this recognition, which is based entirely on employee feedback, because we foster a culture where people feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow

If you’re an experienced RBT ready to take the next step in your career, this is your opportunity to move beyond direct therapy and become a mentor, and role model, while still doing the meaningful hands-on work you love.

We specialize in ReggioABA™ therapy, a unique Therapy Through Play model that blends evidence-based ABA with the creativity and child-led philosophy of the Reggio Emilia approach and Natural Environment Teaching (NET). We are proud to be the only provider of ReggioABA™ in the region, and we are growing quickly.

We are hiring Senior RBTs to help lead that growth.

This is not a standard RBT position.

As a Senior RBT, you are stepping into a mentorship-in-action role, supporting newer staff, modeling best practices, and helping create strong, consistent, high-quality classrooms across our clinics.
