The Line Cook position is responsible for the production of the different menu items to the standards of The Hollywood Tavern. The primary objective is to live and demonstrate Hollywood Tavern’s Culture and Mission Statement. It is the responsibility of the Line Cooks to ensure food quality, guest satisfaction and adherence to company policies and procedures.

The Line Cook has the primary responsibility for the following:

• Demonstrating a customer-first attitude and living Hollywood Tavern’s culture, mission and values.
• Assisting customers in improving knowledge and appreciation of the true Neapolitan pizza experience.
• Demonstrates exemplary product skills and operational knowledge. Ability to perform skills during high volume periods.
• Coordinating and overseeing inventory counts for the BOH.
• Providing feedback to appropriate departments regarding perceptions of policies, procedures and directives; morale of kitchen employees, and effectiveness of training and cultural focus.
• Ensures a professional restaurant atmosphere and adheres to the Hollywood Tavern image through rigid adherence to restaurant cleanliness, uniforms and grooming standards.
• Upholds safety and security standards at all times. Promptly addresses any issues, involving the appropriate parties.
• Strictly following all safety and health department procedures at all times.
• Assisting with all housekeeping tasks, including dusting and periodic deep cleaning, emptying trash and cleaning bathrooms.
• All other tasks as necessary or assigned.
