Build Projects. Lead People. Restore Lives.

At Paul Davis Restoration, we don't just build structures—we help people recover from some of the most challenging moments in their lives.

We're looking for a Reconstruction Project Manager who thrives on organization, leadership, problem-solving, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. If you've managed construction projects, led crews, coordinated subcontractors, or built a reputation for getting things done the right way, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.

Unlike traditional construction, every day in restoration is different. One project may involve rebuilding a family home after a fire, while the next could be restoring a commercial property following a major water loss. You'll have the opportunity to lead projects from start to finish while making a meaningful impact on customers and communities.

As a Reconstruction Project Manager, you'll be responsible for managing multiple residential and commercial reconstruction projects while ensuring quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

• Manage reconstruction projects from estimate approval through final completion
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, insurance partners, subcontractors, and vendors
• Develop project schedules and ensure work is completed on time and within budget
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, equipment, and resources
• Conduct job site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety
• Communicate project updates and expectations with customers and internal teams
• Manage project budgets, job costs, change orders, and profitability
• Resolve project challenges quickly and professionally
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety requirements, and industry best practices
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience throughout the reconstruction process

You are someone who:

• Takes ownership and accountability for results
• Communicates confidently with customers and tradespeople alike
• Can juggle multiple projects without losing attention to detail
• Enjoys solving problems and making decisions
• Leads by influence and earns trust quickly
• Understands construction processes and project management fundamentals
• Maintains composure in fast-paced environments

• Project management experience in reconstruction, restoration, residential construction, commercial construction, remodeling, or related industries
• Experience managing subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and customer relationships
• Ability to read construction documents, scopes of work, and estimates
• Experience with insurance restoration is a plus, but not required

• Construction Management, Building Construction, or related education is beneficial but not required
• Experience with Xactimate, DASH, RMS, or similar project management software is a plus
• Strong computer and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

At Paul Davis, you'll join a team that values accountability, teamwork, leadership, and continuous improvement. You'll have the opportunity to grow your career, take ownership of meaningful work, and make a direct impact on customers who need our help.

• Competitive base salary
• Performance and bonus opportunities
• Company vehicle or vehicle allowance (where applicable)
• Health, dental, and vision insurance
• 401(k) with company match
• Paid time off and holidays
• Ongoing training and professional development
• Advancement opportunities within a growing organization

If you're looking for more than just another construction job and want the opportunity to lead projects, solve problems, help customers, and grow your career, we'd love to hear from you.

Apply today and help us restore properties, rebuild communities, and make a difference when it matters most.
