Unlike traditional construction, every day in restoration is different. One project may involve rebuilding a family home after a fire, while the next could be restoring a commercial property following a major water loss. You'll have the opportunity to lead projects from start to finish while making a meaningful impact on customers and communities.
What You'll DoAs a Reconstruction Project Manager, you'll be responsible for managing multiple residential and commercial reconstruction projects while ensuring quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Manage reconstruction projects from estimate approval through final completion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, insurance partners, subcontractors, and vendors
- Develop project schedules and ensure work is completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate subcontractors, materials, equipment, and resources
- Conduct job site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety
- Communicate project updates and expectations with customers and internal teams
- Manage project budgets, job costs, change orders, and profitability
- Resolve project challenges quickly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety requirements, and industry best practices
- Deliver a best-in-class customer experience throughout the reconstruction process
You are someone who:

- Understands construction processes and project management fundamentals

- Project management experience in reconstruction, restoration, residential construction, commercial construction, remodeling, or related industries
- Experience managing subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and customer relationships
- Ability to read construction documents, scopes of work, and estimates
- Experience with insurance restoration is a plus, but not required
- Construction Management, Building Construction, or related education is beneficial but not required
- Experience with Xactimate, DASH, RMS, or similar project management software is a plus
- Strong computer and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
