Provision, deploy, configure, and administer client devices, related hardware and software including laptops, PCs, monitors, tablets, iPhones, printers, conference room audio visual equipment, wireless and wired network troubleshooting, handheld scanners, and asset management of corporate devices. Perform Microsoft Windows security risk assessments, patch management, develop build standards, assist in the design of new client solutions and processes as the association expands or replaces its technology.
Responsibilities:
- Perform remote, onsite, phone and client-side user supportMonitor trouble tickets and corporate incidents enterprise wideMaintain client software and hardware such as Windows 11, Office 365, printers and mobile devicesMaintain inventory tracking for hardware and softwareLift and carry computer equipment weighing up to 50 pounds and move equipmentPerform maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurationsProvides support for Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office365)Provides support for mobile devices including configuration and email syncProvides technical support for network connectivity issuesAssist in support and deployment of hardware to employeesTroubleshoot issues via remote access tools
Education & Experience

Education/Experience/Technical Requirements/Certifications:
- Trade School Certificate, CompTIA, MCSA, MTA or Associate Degree in related field2 years’ experience in call center or service desk environment
Knowledge of various PC hardware and software applications including:
- Operating Systems: Windows 11, Windows server 2022Office 365 SupportActive Directory account managementMulti-factor Authentication (Azure, Duo)End-user self-service toolsCloud application supportWireless and Wired LAN and Internet SupportEffective troubleshooting and documentation skillsExperience creating a customer knowledgebaseMay consider an equivalent combination of education and experienceCollaborative communication approachUtilize sound judgment
