Implements and maintains security controls to protect system assets, including RBAC/least privilege, MFA, Conditional Access, privileged access, and auditing. Supports incident response and compliance requirements such as retention, holds, eDiscovery, and DLP when in scope.
Monitors system health and resolves complex issues; coordinates with vendors and manages escalations during outages or degraded performance. Supports change management and stakeholder communications.
Contributes to system optimization and reliability by implementing improvements, analyzing performance, and recommending enhancements to capacity, availability, and monitoring.

Provides technical input to support project planning and execution (e.g., migrations, upgrades, platform onboarding).
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science or related technical field or equivalent work experience. (Typically, four years of additional related, progressive work experience would be needed for candidates applying for this position who do not possess a bachelor's degree.)
A minimum of two years related technical experience is required.
