The Maintenance Sales Representative (MSR) is responsible for driving new business development and securing commercial HVAC and plumbing maintenance agreements throughout the Buffalo market and surrounding areas. This role focuses exclusively on prospecting, relationship-building, and sales growth within commercial and institutional markets. that provides a structured training program designed to equip motivated individuals with the technical knowledge and sales skills needed to succeed in the mechanical services industry. Prior HVAC or plumbing experience is not required. • Conduct customer meetings and site visits to assess facility needs.
• Develop and present customized preventive maintenance proposals.
• Communicate the value of preventative maintenance, reliability, energy efficiency, and long-term cost savings.
• Collaborate with operations and service teams to develop accurate scopes of work and pricing.
• Negotiate and close maintenance agreements while meeting company profitability objectives.

• Maintain accurate records of prospects, customer interactions, proposals, and sales activities within CRM systems.
• Track pipeline development, forecasts, and conversion metrics.
• Meet or exceed activity goals, sales targets, and revenue objectives.
• Provide regular updates on business development efforts and account status.
