Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls

• Book and conduct virtual consultations

• Educate members on available benefits and coverage options

• Assist with enrollment, documentation, and service follow-ups

• Ensure accuracy and compliance in all interactions

• Engage in continuous development and team collaboration

Basic Requirements

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Must be at least 18 years old

• High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary is a plus)

• Must be able to pass a background screening

• Previous experience in customer service or retail is helpful but not required
