As a Shift Lead, you support the Assistant and General Manager by running phenomenal shifts independently and embodying the Live Ms spirit. You take ownership of the shift, solving problems proactively while guiding your team to success.

• Tackle Problems and Seek Help When Needed: Take initiative to address challenges and provide support to the team.
