CHILD CARE Billing Coordinator - Child Care billing experience is Preferred!

A Child's Place is seeking an experienced Billing Coordinator to support the billing and tuition operations of our early learning centers and school-age programs. This position is responsible for managing weekly and monthly tuition billing, maintaining account records, and providing support to center leadership regarding customer accounts.

A Child's Place currently operates three early learning centers and six school-age programs affiliated with local public school districts throughout Chester, Bucks and Montgomery Counties.

Schedule
Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week

• Monday through Friday
• Flexible 8-hour schedule

Responsibilities

• Utilize Procare software to process weekly and monthly tuition billing for multiple locations.
• Reconcile daily receipts and deposits with bank records.
• Set up new family accounts and maintain accurate account information.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Generate and distribute reminder notices and aging reports.
• Respond to parent and customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Support center leadership with billing-related questions and account management.

Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous billing, bookkeeping, or accounts receivable experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional phone etiquette

Preferred:

• Experience with Procare software
• Familiarity with childcare billing and tuition management

Compensation $20.00 – $24.00 per hour, based on experienceBenefits
