We are seeking a competent Collection Specialist to contact clients and collect outstanding payments. You will balance maintaining trustful relationships with ensuring timely payments. Professionalism, trustworthiness, excellent communication, and negotiation skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities: -Communicate with residents until resolution -Manage notices, compliance, and eviction processes --Maintain records and ensure legal compliance

Skills:

Proven experience as a Collection Specialist or similar role

Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques (e.g., skip tracing)

Familiarity with debt collection laws (e.g., FDCPA) is a plus

Proficient in MS Office and databases

Comfortable working with targets

Patience and stress management ability

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Skilled in negotiation

Strong problem-solving abilities
