About the role

We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist who will be responsible for connecting with customers with past-due balances and finding ways to resolve billing-related customer issues. A great benefit to this position is its consistency of repeatable tasks, and working with a fantastic team! This position has the potential to be remote after a period of in office training and is for our Logan, Utah location.

Position Details

• Title: Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist
• Start Date: Position available for a quick start
• Location: Remote
• Reports to: Staff Accountant
• Wage: $18 - $20/hr
• Employment Status: Full-Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt (At-Will)

Responsibilities

• Support the growth of Fox Pest Control through excellent customer service
• Connect with customers to resolve billing issue; collect payments, release invoices, data entry
• Contacting customers by phone, email, mail and by text
• Process all work with integrity and incredible attention to detail
• Consistent flexible work schedule - 8 hr shifts between 6 AM - 6 PM

Skills and Qualifications

• High School degree/GED or higher
• Great customer service skills
• Proficient with Excel
• Spanish fluency is preferred
• Attention to detail and ability to pick out trends
• Data entry with accuracy and speed
• Ability to prioritize and quickly shift focus between various tasks
• Willingness and commitment to cultivating a positive and uplifting company culture
• Self-starter mentality and highly motivated
