Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's incoming payments, ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances, and maintaining accurate financial records. Key Responsibilities:

- Process and monitor incoming payments from clients and customers

- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy

- Follow up on overdue invoices and communicate with clients regarding outstanding balances

- Prepare and send out invoices, statements, and payment reminders

- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and collections

- Collaborate with the finance team to resolve billing discrepancies

- Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable

- Support audit processes by providing necessary documentation and reports

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in accounts receivable, collections, or related finance roles

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications, especially Excel

- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred
