Sr. Brand Design Manager - Remote
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Lead Brand Design Manager (Remote). In this role, you will have the opportunity to significantly influence the brand's visual identity and ensure a consistent experience for fans. You will guide a team, execute high-impact projects, and collaborate with various departments to align creative solutions with business goals. This role invites a creative leader to inspire and mentor, making a real difference in the brand's evolution.
Accountabilities- Lead, create, develop, and maintain the Brand Guide while keeping it current and refreshed.
- Manage and execute brand design projects from concept through completion with minimal guidance.
- Guide and mentor junior and mid-level designers, providing feedback to enhance team output.
- Ensure consistency of the visual identity by understanding the brand and guiding asset creation.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of content and creative assets.
- Serve as the visual branding expert, communicating brand standards and ensuring effective use.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams for cohesive brand expression.
- Stay updated with design trends and technologies, bringing innovative ideas to the brand design function.
- 46 years of professional brand design experience.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders on high-impact projects independently.
- A proven track record of building a brand guide from the ground up.
- Strong experience creating brand assets across various mediums and platforms.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Advanced Figma skills, including collaborative and scalable design systems.
- Excellent typography and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to deliver high-quality creative work under tight deadlines.
- Awareness of design and industry trends, transforming insights into fresh presentations.
- Self-driven with ownership, capable of leading projects end-to-end.
- Strong communication skills for presenting work and providing constructive feedback.
- Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to feedback.
- Solid understanding of brand trust.
