What You’ll Do

• Lead and inspire a high-performing design studio, overseeing the creative process from concept to commercialization
• Translate trends into visionary yet viable product lines across branded and conversion programs
• Set aesthetic standards and quality benchmarks across all product lines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Development, Design Integration, Marketing, and Sales
• Guide color and styling decisions, and provide final design and production approvals
• Mentor and grow internal and external design talent, ensuring creative excellence and alignment with brand direction
• Support strategic planning through design pool development, project prioritization, and performance analysis

What You Bring

• 8+ years of design experience in wallcoverings, textiles, or related surface design fields
• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Textile Design, Surface Pattern Design, Interior Design, or equivalent industry experience
• Proven leadership experience with strong creative direction and business acumen
• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Passion, energy, and an eye for what’s next in the world of commercial interiors
