Ready to Own the Relationship, Grow the Business & Make Things Happen?

At HVH Mechanical Partners, we believe great service starts with great relationships. We’re looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager who knows how to build trust, solve problems, uncover opportunities, and keep customers coming back.

This isn’t a sit-back-and-wait-for-the-phone-to-ring kind of role.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys getting out in front of customers, understanding their facilities and business needs, staying connected, and turning strong relationships into long-term partnerships.

If you know the commercial HVAC/mechanical world, love working with people, and take pride in being the person your customers know they can call, we’d love to meet you.

As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of key customer relationships while helping grow HVH’s presence in the market.

You’ll:

• Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for assigned accounts
• Learn your customers’ facilities, priorities, challenges, and future needs
• Identify opportunities for service, repairs, replacements, upgrades, projects, and other HVAC/mechanical solutions
• Develop new business while expanding relationships within existing accounts
• Prepare and present proposals, pricing, recommendations, and solutions
• Follow opportunities from the first conversation through completion
• Collaborate closely with Service, Operations, Estimating, Sales, and Accounting
• Stay connected with customers after the sale to ensure expectations are being met
• Help resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
• Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, proposal, and follow-up information
• Monitor account activity and stay ahead of open items
• Participate in customer meetings, networking events, industry events, and other business-development opportunities
• Represent HVH in a way that makes customers want to work with us again

We’re looking for someone who is confident, driven, relationship-focused, and comfortable taking ownership.

Our ideal Senior Account Manager brings:

• Experience in commercial HVAC, mechanical contracting, building services, construction, or a related industry
• A proven ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships
• Experience managing accounts and developing new business
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and follow-through skills
• The ability to understand customer needs and turn them into practical solutions
• A proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities
• Strong organizational and CRM skills
• Professionalism without being stuffy
• The ability to work collaboratively with operations and field teams
• A reputation for doing what you say you’re going to do

You’ll Probably Love This Role If You...

• Like building relationships more than making "sales pitches"
• Get satisfaction from solving customer problems
• Naturally follow up instead of waiting to be reminded
• Enjoy being out in the market and talking with customers
• Know that the best account managers sell by earning trust
• Are competitive, but still believe the whole team should win
• Want room to grow relationships instead of being handed a script
• Understand that responsiveness matters in our business

We’re growing, and we’re building something we’re proud of.

HVH combines the resources and opportunities of a growing organization with the relationships, responsiveness, and teamwork you expect from a company where people still know each other by name.

We work hard, take care of our customers, support our people, and try not to take ourselves too seriously along the way.

Good people. Great customers. Plenty of opportunity.

If you're an experienced Account Manager who's ready for your next challenge, let's talk.

Bring your experience. Bring your personality. Bring your drive.

We’ll bring the opportunity.
