This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Performance & Growth Marketer based in United States.

Join a growth-focused team helping established direct-to-consumer (DTC) and eCommerce brands achieve sustainable, profitable growth. In this role, you will go beyond traditional media buying to connect paid advertising performance with broader business outcomes and financial metrics. You will take ownership of acquisition strategies, campaign optimization, experimentation, and budget allocation across major advertising platforms. Working closely with experienced growth strategists, creative specialists, and senior stakeholders, you will turn complex data into actionable commercial insights. You will contribute to forecasting, attribution, and full-funnel optimization while helping brands improve customer acquisition costs, lifetime value, and profitability. This opportunity offers exposure to high-growth eCommerce businesses, structured professional development, and a clear pathway toward broader growth strategy responsibilities.

• Own, manage, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads to drive profitable growth for DTC and eCommerce brands.
• Develop and execute structured testing strategies across advertising channels, creative assets, audience segments, offers, and conversion funnels.
• Manage substantial paid media budgets, making data-driven investment and allocation decisions aligned with commercial objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance, diagnose inefficiencies, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategies to improve marketing effectiveness and profitability.
• Analyze key business metrics, including customer acquisition cost (CAC), customer lifetime value (LTV), marketing efficiency ratio (MER), return on ad spend (ROAS), contribution margin, and payback periods.
• Connect advertising performance to overall business results, including revenue growth, profitability, and profit-and-loss (P&L) outcomes.
• Build performance forecasts, financial models, and budget recommendations to support strategic planning and business decision-making.
• Contribute to attribution, incrementality testing, measurement improvements, and reporting initiatives to strengthen performance insights.
• Collaborate with creative, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and growth teams to improve the entire customer journey, from acquisition through conversion and retention.
• Translate performance data into clear, commercially relevant recommendations for founders, clients, and senior stakeholders.
• Participate in regular strategy sessions, apply structured growth frameworks, and continuously experiment to improve results.
• Take ownership of performance outcomes while contributing to team development, strategic initiatives, and the continuous improvement of growth processes.

• At least three years of hands-on paid media experience specifically working with product-based DTC or eCommerce brands.
• Strong practical expertise in managing and optimizing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Proven experience personally managing and scaling significant paid advertising budgets, with a clear understanding of the commercial impact of investment decisions.
• Previous in-house or brand-side experience with DTC or eCommerce businesses is strongly preferred.
• A solid understanding of the eCommerce customer journey, including customer acquisition, conversion optimization, retention, and lifetime value.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, particularly in CAC, LTV, MER, ROAS, contribution margin, payback periods, and overall business profitability.
• The ability to look beyond advertising platform metrics and evaluate how marketing decisions influence revenue, margins, and broader business performance.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify trends, diagnose performance issues, and develop effective solutions.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable strategic recommendations and communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the confidence to work directly with founders, senior leaders, and clients.
• Excellent organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
• Availability to commit to the role on a full-time and exclusive basis.
• Ability to consistently work during the required daily overlap of 4:00–6:00 PM Melbourne time.
• A growth-oriented mindset and an interest in progressing beyond campaign optimization into broader commercial strategy and business growth.

• Fully remote work: Work remotely in an APAC-friendly environment, with flexibility suited to distributed collaboration.
• Exposure to established brands: Work with large-scale DTC and eCommerce businesses, including brands operating at eight- and nine-figure revenue levels.
• Strategic development: Gain experience at the intersection of performance marketing, commercial strategy, financial planning, and business growth.
• Expert mentorship: Participate in weekly live strategy sessions with experienced growth leaders.
• Structured onboarding: Benefit from a dedicated six-week onboarding and development program designed to help you build the knowledge and capabilities required for success.
• Proprietary tools and reporting: Access specialized reporting systems that integrate marketing performance with P&L data, alongside structured experimentation and testing frameworks.
• Clear career progression: Develop along a defined growth pathway, from Performance Marketer to Growth Performance Marketer, Senior Performance Marketer, and potentially Growth Strategist.
• Merit-based advancement: Progress based on demonstrated capabilities, business impact, and performance rather than tenure alone.
• Broader career opportunities: Expand your responsibilities beyond paid media execution into growth strategy, forecasting, commercial analysis, and strategic decision-making.
• Meaningful ownership: Take an active role in shaping marketing investment decisions and driving measurable, profitable business outcomes.
