Position Description: What You'll Do

Financial Operations

Drive accurate financial reporting through journal entries, account reconciliations, and comprehensive payroll tax returns. Provide monthly financial analysis and partner with leadership on strategic insights.

Accounts Payable Management

Own the full AP cycle from invoice processing to vendor payments. Manage employee expense reports, company credit card programs, and ensure timely weekly disbursements.

Compliance & Reporting

Maintain W9 compliance, manage year-end 1099 processing, and prepare quarterly payroll tax returns. Support external auditors during corporate, 401(k), and ESOP audits.

What You Bring

Must-Have Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred
Experience: 3-5 years of accounting experience
Technical Skills: Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel proficiency
Knowledge: GAAP principles and internal controls
Operations: Payroll operations and compliance experience

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Able to sit/stand, type, and perform computer work for long periods of time.
Frequent use of hands/fingers for computer entry and answering calls.
Able to perform occasional bending, lifting, and reaching.
Must be able to lift 15 lbs if necessary.
Visual acuity sufficient for reading documents and computer screens.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally in-person, by phone, and via video conferencing.
Hearing ability adequate for meetings, presentations, and collaboration.
Ability to concentrate and maintain attention for extended periods while managing multiple priorities.
