Summary: Responsible for managing daily invoicing process, billings portals, purchase card program, and assistance with AP as required

.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Prepares company-wide daily invoices.
• Research billing issues (tax exemption status, surcharges, etc.).
• Effectively utilizes IFS ERP system.
• Develops process and system recommendations; communicates to Finance Manager and works with IT as needed.
• Manages billing portals, enters customer invoices, and investigates billing discrepancies.
• AP backup/assistance: Receive, process, and verify supplier invoices, credits and refunds and properly post them in the ERP system.
• Manages the purchasing card program, which may involve a 3rd party application and maintenance with the company’s IFS ERP system.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education and/or Experience: Associate degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business from a two-year college or technical school with 2+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Mathematical Skills: Must be able to perform basic mathematical equations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, use of whole numbers, and percentage and decimals.

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, the individual should have basic computer skills, knowledge of MS Office Software (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook), and internet software.
