We are currently searching for a Division Shipping and Logistics Manager for our Sure-Trac brand. This individual will provide oversight for the distribution processes to ensure the safe and efficient transport of our high-quality trailers. This includes building delivery routes, negotiating rates and provider agreements, identifying continuous improvement and revenue optimization opportunities, and monitoring the budget. They will work with other departments across Novae LLC to ensure we provide superior value to everyone associated with our company, including dealer networks. They will provide leadership in regard to training, safety, recruiting and performance feedback to all members of the shipping team. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience. They will be well-versed in Department of Transportation compliance and be comfortable working in high pressure situations to troubleshoot solutions as needed. Our exciting benefits package includes weekly pay as well as a weekly Perfect Attendance Bonus. Third shift receives a $1/hour shift premium.
