Position Summary
The Office Engagement Coordinator is responsible for creating an exceptional workplace experience by managing daily office operations, fostering local engagement, and coordinating community involvement. This role ensures Gray’s values are reflected in every aspect of the office environment, supporting team members, strengthening our culture, and connecting our work to the communities where we live and build.
Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in office management, engagement, or event coordination roles; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and levels of leadership.
- Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and genuine care in every interaction; maintaining confidentiality and discretion when supporting team members and handling sensitive information.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute events, manage vendors, and handle budgets.

What we expect… (Essential Functions)
- Oversee daily office operations, including vendor relationships, supply management, and facilities coordination.
- Manage budgets and expenditures related to office supplies, equipment, and administrative needs.
- Support logistics for meetings, visitors, and events to ensure a professional and welcoming environment.
- Partner with the Office Executive to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Plan and execute office and regional engagement events such as celebrations, wellness activities, recognition programs, and team-building events.
- Partner with People Ops to implement initiatives that foster culture, inclusion, and collaboration.
- Serve as a visible culture ambassador, building relationships across teams and ensuring Gray’s values are reflected in the daily office environment.
- Gather feedback from team members and share insights with the Manager, Team Member & Community Engagement to improve engagement programming.
- Coordinate local community service and volunteer opportunities for team members aligned with Gray’s values and partnerships.
- Coordinate local office initiatives within the community and partner with local organizations to extend Gray’s brand and impact.
- Support company-wide talent outreach programs such as internship activities, ACE program events, and career fairs.
- Collaborate with the People Ops and other regional offices to align local programs with enterprise strategies and share best practices.
- Partner with local leaders to support recruiting activities, intern programs, and initiatives that strengthen office culture.
- Other duties as assigned.
