As a Production Associate, you'll have the opportunity to work in different areas of our facility based on your skills, experience, and interests, including:

• Router Operations (CNC)
• Shipping & Packaging
• Letter Fabrication
• Metal Fabrication

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality products while meeting production goals
• Safely operate equipment and tools after training
• Assist with fabrication, assembly, finishing, or shipping as assigned
• Read work orders and follow production specifications
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Inspect finished products for quality
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet customer deadlines

Qualifications

• Manufacturing, fabrication, warehouse, or production experience is a plus, but not required
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
