Description: Palletizer/Forklift Operator
Location: Hendersonville
Shift: 12-hour | 2-2-3 schedule | 6:00PM - 6:30AM
Pay: $21.00/hour

Key Responsibilities
Operate forklifts to transport, stack, and retrieve materials while keeping accurate inventory records
Set up, operate, and adjust palletizers, stretch wrap machines, and related equipment
Monitor palletizer patterns, change stretch wrap rolls, and resolve fallen carton issues
Troubleshoot machine jams and adjust settings to ensure production runs smoothly
Follow all safety protocols and regulatory requirements, including SQF and food safety standards
Collaborate with supervisors to resolve food safety and quality concerns
Maintain a clean and organized production area
Perform additional warehouse and production support tasks as needed

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
Proficiency in operating forklifts and material handling equipment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent time management and communication skills
