The role blends operational leadership, technical credibility, and client-facing advisory responsibilities in a high-growth, global environment. This is a highly influential position where your leadership directly shapes practice growth, team culture, and long-term customer success.

- Lead delivery oversight across multiple concurrent client projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes aligned with contractual commitments.
- Drive operational discipline across staffing, utilization, margin tracking, engagement health, and delivery governance.
- Define and enforce best practices, reusable frameworks, and delivery standards to scale consistency across teams.
- Act as an escalation point for complex delivery challenges, resolving technical, scope, and client issues in partnership with engagement leads.
- Translate practice strategy into executable plans and quarterly objectives in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Lead client-facing engagements as a trusted advisor, supporting strategic discussions, issue resolution, and account growth opportunities.
- Support practice expansion through input into solutioning, pre-sales activities, and identification of new business opportunities.
This role requires deep experience in data consulting, strong leadership capability, and the ability to operate across both strategic and hands-on delivery environments.
- 12+ years of experience in consulting or professional services, with a strong focus on data engineering, analytics, or data platforms.
- Proven success leading and scaling teams of 20+ data professionals in a distributed, fast-paced environment.
- Strong experience delivering complex cloud data solutions on AWS, including data lakes, lakehouse architectures, streaming, and analytics systems.
- Deep technical understanding of data engineering concepts such as ingestion, transformation (e.g., Spark, dbt), data modeling, governance, and quality.
- Strong leadership skills with experience coaching, developing, and retaining high-performing technical teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client engagements while balancing delivery excellence and financial performance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior (Director to C-level) client leaders.
- Ability to bridge technical depth and business strategy, with credibility in architecture and delivery discussions.
- 100% remote work flexibility across Canada and eligible regions
- Competitive base salary: CAD $207,000 – $272,000 annually (based on experience and scope)
- Bonus, equity (phantom equity), and additional incentive opportunities
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees and dependents
- Generous PTO, paid holidays, and flexible time-off policies
- Annual learning and development budget, certifications, and exam reimbursements
- Home office, equipment, and internet stipends
- Retirement savings support (where applicable)
- Peer recognition and bonus programs
- Inclusive, global team culture with strong emphasis on collaboration and growth
