This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Technology Specialist in Canada.

This role sits at the intersection of endpoint engineering, SaaS platform management, and enterprise IT operations, with a strong focus on building scalable, secure, and highly reliable technology environments. You will take ownership of a diverse fleet of corporate and clinical devices across Windows, macOS, and iOS, ensuring consistent performance, security, and compliance across systems. Acting as a senior technical expert, you will help shape the evolution of endpoint management and SaaS ecosystems while driving automation and operational excellence. The position involves close collaboration with Security, Service Desk, and cross-functional IT teams to improve identity workflows, access governance, and device lifecycle management. This is a hands-on, high-impact role in a fast-evolving environment where technology directly supports better healthcare outcomes.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will own and optimize enterprise endpoint and SaaS environments while driving reliability, automation, and security across systems.

  • Manage and evolve a mixed endpoint ecosystem across Windows, macOS, and iOS devices in corporate and clinical environments
  • Administer and optimize MDM platforms (e.g., JumpCloud, Fleet, Jamf), including migrations and configuration standardization
  • Implement endpoint security, compliance, and patching strategies in collaboration with Security teams
  • Own and support SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Atlassian, ensuring stability and performance
  • Improve identity and access workflows, including SSO, SCIM provisioning, and lifecycle automation via Okta
  • Act as a senior escalation point for complex infrastructure, endpoint, and SaaS issues
  • Lead root cause analysis efforts and implement long-term solutions to eliminate recurring operational problems
  • Design automation and tooling to reduce manual effort and improve system reliability
  • Maintain clear technical documentation, standards, and operational runbooks
  • Support compliance requirements including SOC 2 and ISO 27001 through secure system design and controls
Requirements

This position requires strong enterprise IT expertise, deep endpoint management experience, and the ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on technical levels.

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT, endpoint engineering, or infrastructure-focused roles
  • Strong hands-on experience managing macOS and iOS environments, with exposure to Windows systems
  • Experience with MDM platforms such as JumpCloud, Fleet, Jamf, or equivalent solutions
  • Strong understanding of SaaS administration, identity systems, and access management workflows
  • Experience with automation, scripting, and improving operational efficiency across IT systems
  • Solid knowledge of security and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001)
  • Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Security, IT, and Service Desk teams in cross-functional environments
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to document and explain technical concepts clearly
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation aligned with experience and expertise
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and wellness benefits
  • Flexible and hybrid/remote work arrangements depending on location
  • Opportunity to work on modern enterprise IT and endpoint engineering challenges
  • High-impact role supporting technology used in clinical and healthcare environments
  • Strong focus on automation, engineering ownership, and continuous improvement
  • Collaborative, mission-driven culture focused on innovation in healthcare technology
  • Learning and development opportunities in endpoint engineering, SaaS platforms, and security practices.
