This role is focused on ensuring the stability, performance, and security of network infrastructure in a complex and evolving IT environment. You will be responsible for managing and improving network security technologies, with a strong focus on firewalls, policies, and secure connectivity. The position involves hands-on technical work combined with architectural input, contributing to the definition of secure network standards and best practices. You will also participate in monitoring initiatives and visibility improvements to strengthen threat prevention and operational resilience. The environment is technical and collaborative, requiring close interaction with infrastructure and security teams. This is a key role for someone who wants to deepen expertise in network security and contribute directly to the protection of critical systems.

• Manage, support, and maintain network security technologies, ensuring stability, performance, and protection of infrastructure.
• Analyze and optimize firewall rules, security policies, and network configurations to improve both security and performance.
• Design and execute proof of concepts (POCs), define network security architecture, and produce technical documentation.
• Support monitoring and visibility initiatives to enhance detection, response, and overall network security posture.
• Administer and configure firewall solutions, ensuring proper enforcement of security policies and access controls.
• Collaborate with technical teams to define and enforce network security standards and best practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of security infrastructure and operational processes.

• Strong experience with network security technologies such as Sophos Firewall, Fortinet Firewall, proxies, and security policy management tools.
• Solid experience in defining and implementing network security policies.
• Hands-on experience in firewall administration and configuration.
• Knowledge of network security architecture and best practices.
• Relevant certifications such as Sophos Firewall and Fortinet NSE 1, 2, and 3.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in network environments.
• Ability to work in structured environments with focus on security and operational stability.
• (Differential) Experience with WAF solutions such as Cloudflare and Azion.
